Great Wellnesday at Start360!
It was a pleasure to spend time with the wonderful staff at Start360, offering hand and facial reflexology sessions as part of their wellbeing initiative.
Thank you for the warm welcome and for everyone who took a well-deserved pause from their busy schedules to relax and recharge. There were plenty of smiles, a little bit of snoring (I won't name names!), and lots of positive feedback.

Holistic Therapist of the Year… apparently they checked twice and still gave it to me!

Absolutely honoured and so grateful to receive the Holistic Therapist of the Year award from Prestige Awards in Birmingham.
What started as an interesting course to help people relax has turned into something I’m incredibly proud of. To every client who has trusted me with their wellbeing, supported my little business, recommended me, chatted through life on the couch, or fallen asleep mid-treatment — thank you.

FEEL GOOD and DO GOOD at Danske Bank, Killeaton. Taster treatments by dream team, Clare & Catherine raising funds for PIPS. Thank to all the planning and organisation by the wonderful Jenny McCutcheon. We had a really enjoyable day with fabulous teams.
