Our last retreat completely sold out… and honestly, it was such a beautiful day 🌿✨

From the moment everyone arrived, you could feel the shift. Shoulders dropping, deeper breaths, that quiet exhale of “I’m finally here.” Women who came feeling tired, overwhelmed, and constantly “on”… slowly softening into calm, connection, and space just for themselves 💚

There was gentle movement, deep rest, meaningful conversations, and also those quiet in-between moments that often matter the most. The hot tub and cold plunge, the sound bath, the cosy closing circle by the fire… everything came together in such a natural, grounding way 🔥🌊

By the end of the day, you could see it — lighter energy, softer faces, a sense of being truly held and restored.

This is exactly why we do what we do.

If you’ve been craving that kind of pause… your next opportunity is this Sunday 10 May
Bisley, Surrey 💖

Nestled in a peaceful countryside yurt, surrounded by nature, this retreat is all about:
🌿 calming your nervous system
🔥 releasing built-up tension
💧 reconnecting with your body
🧘‍♀️ gentle movement + deep rest
💚 feeling supported, grounded, and held

April photo dump… what a month it’s been 💭

it started in a way i didn’t quite expect — being in Poland for a family emergency. stressful, emotional, and at times overwhelming. But also a reminder of something really important… how powerful it is when family comes together. The support, the presence, the quiet moments of just being there for each other 🤍

Somewhere in between all of that, the sun finally made an appearance ☀️ and didn’t it lift everything just a little?

I made it back to the theatre 🎭 and how i’ve missed it. there’s something about sitting in that space, being immersed in a story, that just hits differently.

Also… I got back into the gym for the 837282 time 😂 and honestly? I’ve just accepted that this is my rhythm with it. In and out, no pressure, just showing up when i can.

One of the highlights has to be my hair transformation 💇‍♀️ I was really craving a change, and it’s amazing how something like a proper cut can make you feel lighter, fresher, a bit more like yourself again.
All thanks to

And last but definitely not least — another day retreat done and it was just incredible 🔥 Sold out, 20 degrees, the most lovely group of women, and such a beautiful atmosphere. seeing everyone enjoy themselves and connect makes it all so worth it. Kasia Crystal Yoga

My intention for April was to connect with nature… and i can honestly say, achieved 🌿

Here’s to all the ups, the challenges, the growth, and the little moments in between.

📅 Sunday 10 May 2026
⏰ 10:30 – 17:30

Step out of the noise of everyday life and into nature for a day that’s all about slowing down, breathing deeper, and reconnecting with yourself 🌿

Aura Retreats invites you to a peaceful countryside escape in a beautiful yurt in Bisley, Surrey. Surrounded by open fields, fresh air and birdsong, this one-day retreat is designed for women who feel the need to pause, rest and reset.

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, tired, or simply in need of space to breathe, this day is your permission to step out of doing and into being.

During the retreat you’ll experience:
🧘‍♀️ somatic yin/yang yoga to gently release tension from the body
🧠 mindfulness and self-compassion practices guided by a psychotherapist
🔔 a deeply relaxing crystal singing bowl sound bath
🔥 a beautiful wood-fired sauna box and cold plunge ritual to awaken the body and calm the nervous system
🥗 a nourishing lunch and plenty of spacious free time to rest, walk, journal or simply be

One of the highlights of the day will be our sauna and cold plunge experience set in the peaceful countryside. Moving gently between heat and cold can boost circulation, release stored tension and leave you feeling clear, energised and deeply relaxed. It’s a powerful yet grounding ritual that many people find transformative.

We’ll close the day gathered around the fireplace for a warm and cosy reflection circle, leaving you feeling grounded, calm and supported.

This is a small and intimate retreat, so spaces are limited.

If your body is asking for rest and your mind is craving quiet, this day is for you.

“worrying is like worshipping a problem”… wow. that one lands, doesn’t it 🤯

From a CBT perspective, worry isn’t just something that happens to us — it’s something we do. it’s a mental habit. and the more we engage with it, the more we strengthen it.

When we worry, we give the problem our time, attention, and energy. we go over it again and again, trying to find certainty, control, or the “perfect” answer. but instead of solving anything, it often keeps us stuck in a loop 🔄

CBT gently invites us to notice:
is this thought helpful?
is it something i can act on right now?
or am i just circling the same fear?

Because not all thoughts deserve our devotion.

Stepping back from worry doesn’t mean we don’t care — it means we’re choosing to respond differently. To shift our focus towards what we can influence, rather than mentally rehearsing what we can’t.

So next time worry shows up, maybe instead of automatically following it, you pause… and decide whether it’s worth your attention 💭

What would change for you if you stopped giving your worries so much of your energy?
