Nature and exercise. 2 of the best anxiety and stress busters there are.

Yesterday was all about getting out in nature. Starting with and then a round at West Lance golf club.

Fresh air, nearly 23,000 steps and I shot a very respectable 97!

People with anxiety and stress have a great ability to overthink things.

Stop. take a break . Say to yourself "I'm noticing I'm overthinking. Is this really likely to happen?" Take another breath. Move on.
