Free school uniform event at Caradoc Mission Community Church in Seaforth - from tomorrow - Monday 10th - to Friday 14th August.

A chance to pick up what you need for the new term - 9am to 3pm each day. No referrals needed.

🌸 Free Postnatal Exercise Class 🌸
Have you recently had a baby? Why not join these FREE postnatal exercise classes run by the Liverpool Women's Hospital Physiotherapy Team.
👶 Babies are welcome, so you don't need to find childcare.
These classes are a great way to help rebuild strength, improve wellbeing, and meet other new parents in a supportive environment.

As a result, appointments during the morning will be limited to urgent appointments only.
