Too often we can get stuck in our over thinking conscious mind, riddled with worry, doubts, fears and inner dialogue that can criticise and damage our inner beauty. But we can learn to break free from the negatives, embrace our higher self and live connected to our inner truths. When we live connected to, and embracing our thoughts, feelings and emotions, we begin to live more fully and deeply. We

can make a choice, to live with feelings of love, happiness, joy and contentment, or feelings of pain, guilt or resentment. Join me, in choosing happiness each day, in manifesting more of what makes you happy into your life, and learn how we can bring our intentions into the universe and allow energy to continue the flow of abundance that is already within you.

Many people find silence a little unnerving - because it may appear to lack direction, topics, focus or structure, but the truth is, silence holds many benefits.

Silence increases our awareness, patience and sense of calm - when of course we give ourselves the opportunity and permission to relax.

For some it may take getting used to, but the the benefits of being able to rest, meditate, consider and stay mindful ae well worth it ❤

Remember, that it takes minutes - or even seconds to breathe and repeat positive Affirmations. The tricky part is accepting the meaning of the words - as if they are already true.

How you spend your Saturday is no real concern of anyone else - and shouldn't be valued by the amount "should do's" and "could do's" that creep in from your inner critic.

Enjoy it anyway you like and if you can - top up your self care cup!
