A little late posting this, been a little preoccupied with Hyrox!

1. Tenby, and yes, everyday is a good day for ice cream in our household! 🍦
2. Big Pit - waw, what a great place to visit. We took a step back in time and went down the mineshaft to have a taste of what it was like to be a miner, incredible and brave people.
3. We were all super excited in our house for the launch of Artemis to the moon and saw this incredible display in the National Museum, Cardiff 🚀🌙
4. Stumbled across these beautiful gardens in Cardiff and picked the best time to visit, cherry blossom season, an incredible display 🌸🌷
5. Amazing graffiti, Cardiff
6. Started back a new term of Pilates after the Easter holidays with 4 classes and a new group of Mamas & babis 🤸🏻‍♀️👶🏻
7. Getting in the mileage 👟

Today, we celebrate and recognise Joseph and Clara Pilates for bringing this form of movement, control and connection into our lives ✨

Pilates is more than just movement, it’s a way of reconnecting and building strength & flexibility with your body, and an escape from our busy lives.

April marks Caesarean section month 🤍

There’s a misconception that having a caesarean is the easy option. It is major abdominal surgery where 7 layers of the abdomen are opened before meeting your baby.

You are expected to just get on, to care for your baby while your body needs time to recover and heal.

Post-caesarean rehabilitation involving abdominal and pelvic floor strengthening can help your body recover, reduce your symptoms and get you moving safely again.

My Post-Natal Pilates course is designed and led by me, a qualified physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, guiding you every step of the way, aiding your post-partum recovery.
