Upcoming service interruption for Community Alarm users.
Essential upgrades by the network carrier will result in a 10 minute interruption to our community alarm service next Tuesday June 9th 2026.

There will be a 10 minute interruption to our Community Alarm service between 1 pm until 2 pm on that day.

During this 10 minute interruption to service:

· Individual alarms will be unavailable for up to 10 minutes
· Alarm calls will not be received or responded to.
· Anyone who requires emergency medical assistance can still dial 999 as normal.

We have worked hard to keep disruption to a minimum.
If you are concerned ask a friend, family member or carer to check in on you during this period.
