Delicious “treat yourself” smoothie 🤤💚🌱
recommends:
• 1 x scoop Chocolate Deluxe Protein powder 🌱
• A couple ice cubes 🧊
• 1 x Banana 🍌
• 0.5 cups of
• 1 x tablespoon of maple syrup
• then decorate with cocoa nibs

Cappuccino muffin oats 🧁

Happy Bank holiday weekend everyone! Does anyone have any nice plans? I am planning some last-minute meals out and a trip Monday which I'm excited for. Let's hope the weather keeps up after all 🌻

I am not really a coffee fan, but I loved the slight tang of it in these oats. It was subtle and actually heightened the chocolate flavour!

INGREDIENTS
50g The Great British Porridge Co chocolate flavour
~250ml Sproud UK milk
2 tbsp Alpro plain yoghurt
30g MyPeak Vegan chocolate protein

Simply pop all the ingredients in a bowl (except the protein) and microwave for 3-3.5 minutes. Make sure to watch it doesn't bubble over! Once warmed, stir in your protein and add your toppings 💕
