I’m holding a beautiful mini healing retreat on the 2nd August to raise money for a family that I’ve gotten to know in Gaza.

Mohammed has been risking his life in order to provide food for his family, and with aid from trusted organisations like Medical Aid for Palestine & UNWRA not being able to cross the borders, this fundraiser is a direct way that you can make a huge difference to a family in Gaza, whilst also supporting your own heart, body & soul 💜

⟁ On the 31st of December, my beautiful Yiayia Eleni left the physical realm & joined my Papou Noni in Spirit, & my heart broke open once more ⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ Loosing a loved one never gets easier, & my grief has floored me and sent me into bouts of depression, with my nervous system in pieces on some days ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ But it always reminds me of how transient life is, and shows me where I am holding myself back from actually living it in its fullness⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ As I sat with my grief, my broken heart, I started seeing flashes of the experiences my grandparents had, and was reminded of how much they had overcome in their lifetimes, how much they had moved through, the blind leaps of faith they had taken, with nothing promised or certain - and it showed me where I am playing it safe, letting fear take the driving wheel, and not listening to the pulls of my heart & my soul ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ This message then came through:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I will make of my life⁣⁣
An offering ⁣⁣
To the ones ⁣⁣
Who have come before me ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ We often forget how much it takes for our souls to incarnate on this earth, and in that moment I was reminded that life is a gift⁣ 🌻⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ Paulo Coelho always seems to find me when I need his wisdom the most: ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. ⁣⁣
If you get a chance - take it. ⁣⁣
If it changes your life - let it. ⁣⁣
Nobody said that it would be easy.⁣⁣
But it would be worth it. ⁣⁣

⟁ So here’s to taking risks, making beautiful memories & listening to & moving from our hearts! ⁣⁣
