The October Care Show is almost here, just over a month till we see you again at the NEC! ❤️

This year, we're excited to be showcasing how Care Vision AI is helping care providers move away from disconnected systems and into one truly connected solution.

Instead of using separate systems for Care Planning, EMAR, and Reporting, imagine having everything working together in just one system.

At Care Vision AI, we’ve built our system to include everything that you and your team need into just one solution – this means that your team can dedicate more time to what really matters, providing outstanding care to the people you support.

Whether you're looking to replace multiple systems, explore AI, or simply see what's new, we'd love to have a chat with you at our stand!

🚨 From Falls to Choking: Essential First Aid Knowledge for Carers

World First Aid Day is here, and it's the perfect reminder that in care homes, the first few moments of an emergency can make all the difference. Falls, choking, and sudden medical episodes are all too common among older adults, and carers are often the first responders on the scene.

In our latest blog, we cover:
🩹 The right (and wrong) way to respond to a fall
🩹 Step-by-step first aid for choking incidents
🩹 Why regular refresher training keeps skills sharp
🩹 How solid documentation helps spot patterns and prevent future incidents

Being prepared isn't optional — it's a core part of delivering safe, responsible care. 💙

🕊️ World Su***de Prevention Day: Why Emotional Wellbeing Deserves a Place in Every Care Plan

For care home residents, emotional wellbeing matters just as much as physical health — yet it's often the piece missing from the care plan. Loneliness, grief, and loss of independence put older adults at real risk, but with the right approach (and the right tools), care teams can spot the warning signs early and respond with compassion, not crisis management.

In our latest blog, we look at:
✅ Why mental health belongs in every care plan, not just physical health checks
✅ How digital care planning tools help staff track mood and behavioural changes over time
✅ The latest trends shaping mental health-focused care, from person-centred assessments to staff training

This World Su***de Prevention Day, let's make sure every care plan has room for the conversations that matter most. 💙

There’s less than a week till our Webinar that focuses on AI in the care sector ❤️

We all hear about AI across the care sector growing, but what do practical AI solutions truly look like for care providers?

They’ll share how AI can be implemented in a way that truly supports your team, by strengthening the recording of their outstanding care, and how AI can be used to improve oversight, support compliance and enhance your decision-making.

This isn’t about technology, it’s about giving care teams their time back to dedicate to the people you support daily.

We'd love to welcome The Close to the Care Vision AI Family ❤️

This is another exciting step in our partnership with .
As a care group grows, keeping every service connected and having clear visibility across the organisation becomes increasingly important.

That’s where having one connected system can make a real difference.

With Care Vision AI, teams across each service can record and access information in one place, while management has greater oversight through our reporting and audit tools.

From AI Care Planning and EMAR to reporting and day-to-day operations, everything works together to help teams spend less time managing systems and more time doing what they do best - delivering outstanding care.

We’re looking forward to continuing to support Eleanor Healthcare Group as they grow and welcoming even more of their services to Care Vision AI.

“Care Vision AI has made a real difference across our service” – Ben Payne, Fairlie Healthcare Group ❤️

We’re proud to share this lovely testimonial from Ben Payne at Fairlie Healthcare Group on the real impact Care Vision AI has had across their services.

Since introducing our AI Support Care Planning tool, Fairlie Healthcare Group has seen improvements in the quality and consistency of care plans, while significantly reducing the time needed to review and update them.

But the impact goes beyond care planning.

Our AI tools are also supporting their nurses with intelligent prompts and guidance, helping them better understand individual needs and strengthen person-centred care.

“Care Vision AI has transformed the way we record and manage information across our service. Staff can evidence care at the point of delivery”.

“The team has taken the time to understand how our service operates, listened to our feedback, and continues to develop the system around our needs”. This is exactly what we want to achieve at Care Vision AI - technology that evolves with your service, listens to your team and is built around the realities of care.

Thank you to Ben and everyone at Fairlie Healthcare Group for sharing your experience. We’re looking forward to continuing to work alongside you!

Care Show Birmingham is only a few weeks away!! ❤️

Over the last year, we’ve continued developing our AI tools alongside care providers through our AI Working Group, helping us create practical solutions to the everyday challenges care teams face.

At the show, you’ll be able to see our latest AI innovations in action, including AI Anomalies, AI Interactions and AI Support Care Plans, and find out how they can support your service.

Our Team also know how frustrating it can be to have to switch between different systems that don’t communicate with each other. We’ve experienced this ourselves across our own group of Care Homes, which is why we built Care Vision AI as an all-in-one system, bringing Care Planning, EMAR and Reporting together in one place.

Less duplication. Less time switching between systems. More time for what really matters - providing outstanding care to the people you support ❤️

Whether you’re already exploring AI or just starting your digital transformation journey, we’d love to show you what’s possible. Pop by Stand L30 to come and see Care Vision AI for yourself!

There’s a lot being said about AI in social care right now. But what does it actually mean for your service? ❤️

From reducing administration and supporting care documentation, to improving oversight and helping teams make better use of the information they already have - AI is opening up some really exciting opportunities for care providers.

But with those opportunities come important questions: Where do you start? What is important to consider? And, how do we ensure AI tools truly support our Team while keeping the people you support at the heart of care?

That’s exactly what Rishi Jawaheer from Care Vision AI and Louie Werth, Founder of Care Surveys, will be discussing in our upcoming webinar.

They’ll share their experiences of working with AI within social care, look at what’s already possible today, and explore where the technology could take the sector next.

We’ll also be talking about the things that matter just as much as the technology itself - ethics, responsibility, implementation and keeping your team in control.
If you’re curious about how AI could work within your service, this is a conversation worth joining.

How many different systems does it take to run one care service? 🤔

A Registered Manager can start their morning checking the rota, reviewing overnight care notes, looking at medication, following up on a billing query, checking a maintenance issue and preparing reports for their morning meeting.

All of this information is important. But when it sits across different systems, teams are left logging into multiple systems, searching for information and trying to piece everything together - which is taking away time they should be spending with those they support.

Going digital should make running a care service easier. It shouldn’t mean having more and more systems to manage.

At Care Vision AI, we’ve experienced this ourselves across our own group of Care Homes. That’s why we’ve built our platform to bring the different areas of your service together - from AI Care Planning and EMAR, to Reporting, Rota, HR, Billing, Maintenance, Housekeeping and more.

With everything connected in one system, your team can spend less time switching between platforms and duplicating information, and more time focusing on what really matters - your team and the people you support.

Because we don’t believe the answer is more technology. It’s about having technology that actually works together.
