We are pleased to announce the winner of the Lateral Rally of the Tournament from the Over 60 Padel County Cup - celebrating those with no intention of stopping.

It goes to Jan Mort and Elaine Lowe of Lancashire, and their opponents Rachel Angel and Jess White.

A fantastic rally from the group stages, finished with a brilliant winner. Four players showing exactly why over 60s padel is such a joy to watch. Well played all four, your prizes are on the way.

A new era for the Padel County Cup is underway.

There were more than 220 players coming together for three brilliant days of over 60 county padel.

Congratulations to East Scotland, Yorkshire and Surrey who took the main titles, with both the Men’s and Women’s finals going to championship shootouts.

A great showcase for UK Padel. For those with no intention of stopping.

Thank you to UK Padel for an incredible weekend at the O60 County Cup at Rocket Padel.

We loved watching the competition and having the opportunity to talk to so many players about how Lateral is supporting over 60s to stay healthy, active and on court for longer.

We came away inspired by quality of the padel matches, everyone's enthusiasm for this brilliant sport and their attitudes towards healthy ageing more generally.

Last week we hosted another over 60s americano padel tournament in partnership with Sports Society, at S3 Padel Sutton.

It was a great event, with a fantastic atmosphere and multiple prizes from free rackets to coaching sessions to free court time. Best of all we had a prize draw to win a Lateral health check, in partnership with Bluecrest Wellness, worth £362. All expertly run by the amazing Jo Robinson.
