Áine is a Specialist Occupational Therapist and Registered Nutritionist, with extensive experience of working in physical and mental health settings.
She specialises in Eating Disorders and works with young people and adults using a holistic, client-centred approach to enable their independence and improve their quality of life. She supports clients to manage their everyday life, including self-care, weight restoration, body image, meal planning, supermarket shopping, cooking, eating a balanced meal and reducing eating disorder behaviours.
