We spent such a beautiful afternoon at Regent’s Park today enjoying the gentle breeze, laughter, and great conversations. Our residents loved the fresh air, the stunning views, and even connected with visitors from around the world. It was truly a memorable day.

Today’s Art Therapy session brought creativity, connection, and plenty of smiles to our home. A beautifully arranged breakfast still life—strawberries, croissants, bread, jam, lemons, and more—inspired our residents to observe real objects, explore colour and shape, and create their own unique pieces. A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful art teacher, Molly, for bringing inspiration and joy. It was an afternoon full of laughter, artistic exploration, and beautiful memories. We’re so proud of every piece created today.

We recently gathered to celebrate one of our residents’ birthday, joined by their family and friends from across our community. It felt beautifully close-knit—shared stories, laughter, and a lovely meal enjoyed side by side. It wasn’t just a birthday; it was a reminder that we belong to one another.

This afternoon at Hampstead Court, we embraced creativity with a colorful flower arranging session! Residents shared their ideas, explored nature’s beauty, and filled the room with vibrant blooms and lovely scents. Each resident proudly took their floral masterpiece back to their room, making our home even brighter.
