Today we took the residents to Primrose Hill Park for an autumn photo stroll. We enjoyed the fall views, chatted with some tourists, and soaked up the gentle sunshine. Just a simple, warm afternoon together.

Yesterday, we welcomed some little guests from a nursery school. Their visit filled our home with laughter, warmth, and so much joy. Our residents loved spending time with them, sharing smiles and beautiful moments.

Another Qigong class in Hampstead Court, and everyone enjoyed it in their own way. Some moved gently, some sang along, and others just soaked up the atmosphere. It wasn’t about doing it all the same. It was about each person expressing themselves, and that made it beautiful.

As summer begins to draw to a close, we wanted to make the most of the sunshine with one final tropical celebration. Hampstead Court was transformed into a little slice of Hawaii for our Luau afternoon, where residents enjoyed live hula dancing, tropical music, refreshing mocktails, fresh fruit, and plenty of laughter. It was a joyful afternoon filled with smiles, wonderful company, and unforgettable memories. Seeing our residents having so much fun together is what makes days like these truly special. Here’s to celebrating every season with happiness and friendship and meaningful moments.

At Hampstead Court, we took a regular virtual journey around the world. Our staff shared stories and traditions from their home countries, giving us all a chance to embrace diversity and celebrate the beauty in our differences. We believe life is richer when we learn from each other.
