FLOW OSTEO Workplace Osteopathic Wellness for London teams. On-site osteopath-led support to help people stay productive and focused
Move Better. Feel Better. Work Better.

17/07/2026

When leaders ask if they ‘should’ invest in wellbeing, it’s usually because the strain is already showing up as fatigue and absence.

Workplace Osteopathic Wellness Days are my way of bringing expert hands‑on care, movement coaching and prevention into the place where most of that strain builds up: at work.

I’m here to help your team move better, feel better, work better. Before that cost climbs any higher.

The silent strain does not always look dramatic.
Sometimes it is the person who keeps showing up, carrying tension in their shoulders, headaches that won’t leave, and a nervous system that never switches off.

Earlier in my life, I found myself in an environment where I was treated poorly. One person finally reached out, said “I saw what happened, I’ve got your back,” and that simple moment changed everything.

If you work with people, in HR, leading teams, or simply as a colleague who cares, you might recognise parts of this story, and hopefully find a gentle reflection on the power of noticing and listening.

The strain of being treated poorly, repeatedly, and in silence does not stay “just in the story.” It often shows up as tension, pain and fatigue in real bodies at work and beyond.

This carousel shares a few simple, human ways to notice it and offer support.

Tomorrow, I’ll share a personal story behind this and a new blog for anyone who wants to explore it further.

This week’s reminder is about looking away from the screen/noise long enough to remember you live in a real body, in a real life, with real people.

Our necks spend years bending over screens, deadlines, and worries. Lift your gaze to notice the room you’re in, the person you’re with, or the fact that you’re still here, breathing.

Reconnecting with your body is a series of small choices:

sitting back from the keyboard and feeling your feet on the floor

choosing a walk with a friend instead of another hour of scrolling

giving your neck one minute to lengthen and soften at the end of the day

That’s where nervous systems settle. That’s where relationships deepen. That’s where the “real world” lives, not in notifications, but in eye contact, shared meals, and the way your shoulders finally drop when you feel understood.

If your team spends most days half‑present and half‑online, I’d love to help them reconnect with their bodies and each other through Workplace Osteopathic Wellness Days. You can reach me via FLOW OSTEO to start that conversation.

The best workplace wellness days are the ones where people feel safe enough to fully relax and then carry that ease back into the rest of their week.

Some people arrive with pain and curiosity.
Others arrive with pain and a full plate, wanting fast relief so they can keep going.

In clinic and in workplaces, their necks might grumble in exactly the same way by the end of a long day, but the support they can take on is different. One person wants to understand what’s happening and check in regularly. The other needs things to calm down enough to get through the week, and only has space for education in small doses.

Inclusive wellbeing isn’t “one gold‑standard plan for everyone.” It’s clear communication, simple options and real respect for how each person chooses to engage, whether they’re ready for depth or just need safe, effective help when pain flares. When workplaces recognise this, employees stop feeling judged for how they cope and start feeling genuinely seen.

If this resonates with what you see in your team, contact me to explore a Workplace Osteopathic Wellness Day for your organisation, and read the full blog via the link in my bio.

When people are holding their bodies together just enough to get through the day, a little bit of real, hands‑on care can feel like someone finally turned the noise down.

Heatwave and still feeling great, thanks to sun-safe habits and a little ergonomic planning.

Spending a few days back in my home country, soaking in the views of beautiful Budapest while staying sun-smart: high-factor sunblock, shade when I can, and plenty of water. Even on holiday, I’m reminded how much our environment shapes how our bodies feel, small choices like posture breaks, cooling down and staying hydrated can make a big difference to energy and comfort.

If your teams are navigating stuffy offices, long commutes and busy workloads, this osteopath can help them move better, feel better and work better, whatever the London weather is doing.

A fast-growing tech company’s CFO was struggling with severe lower back pain that flared during long meetings and calls. Sitting more than 20 minutes triggered sharp pain and leg tingling, so he started standing in the back of the room, losing authority and focus.

After an osteopathic assessment, the key drivers were: reduced lumbar mobility, hip stiffness from years of desk work, and poor workstation setup at both office and home. A targeted treatment plan combined manual therapy, specific exercise programme, and pain management strategies.

Within 4 weeks, he was able to sit through 90-minute meetings without symptoms, and reported sharper concentration and less irritability with his team. He described feeling more present and effective in leadership sessions, with less of his attention pulled away by pain.
