✨ Back from Salem ✨

I’ve just returned home from a wonderful trip to visit dear friends in New Jersey, and Salem, Massachusetts — a place I’ve felt spiritually drawn to for many years.

To finally walk its historic streets, experience its unique atmosphere, and connect with a place so deeply woven into spiritual history was incredibly special and meaningful for me. It’s a journey I’ll carry with me for a long time.

Travel always has a way of giving us space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with ourselves. Returning home, I feel grateful, inspired, and even more connected to the path I’ve chosen — helping others through holistic and spiritual work.

Over the years, my own journey has taken me through many experiences, from working in care and supporting people through some of life’s most difficult moments, to exploring healing, consciousness, spirituality, and personal transformation through hypnotherapy, reiki, QHHT, spiritual counselling, and past life work.

Salem reminded me how important it is to honour our intuition, our healing journeys, and the deeper mysteries that call to us.
I’m looking forward to reconnecting with everyone here in London after my travels 🌿

Using a gentle hypnotic state, QHHT allows you to access memories, experiences, emotions, and insights that may help you better understand yourself, your life path, and the challenges you may currently be facing.

Days like today can be a gentle reminder to slow down for a moment, step away from the pressures of daily life, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you’re spending the day with loved ones, out in nature, exploring the city, or simply resting at home, I hope you’re able to find a little calm amongst it all.

For me, moments of stillness and reflection have always been important. Growing up in the Norfolk countryside gave me a deep appreciation for nature, healing, and the importance of taking time to breathe—and even living in London now, I still try to carry that energy with me.

This work is very close to my heart, and I feel grateful to be able to support others through hypnotherapy, spiritual counselling, reiki, past life regression, QHHT, and holistic guidance.
