Most people keep life at the surface. So when you start feeling everything, it can feel lonely. Like something’s wrong with you.

In my experience, it’s the opposite. You’ve woken up to a part of life a lot of people never let themselves touch.

You don’t need everyone to understand it. Just to stop dimming yourself hoping they will.

One thing people often don’t realise is that our loved ones in spirit don’t just come through with evidence, memories, and reassurance.

They also come through with guidance.

The guidance may not always be what we want to hear, but it is often what serves our highest good.
