Notwithstanding the change in the culture, there is also the weather, food and other infrastructural challenges one has to navigate.

It's a lot of mental work , and while you're being brave, don't forget to take care of yourself.

Personalities are shaped in childhood. Guess when they go caput and become disorders?

The story of a chaotic upbringing, inconsistent parenting and neglect culminates in a person who presents as too extreme and interesting to the outside world , but look inside and you'll find a person with insecurities, self hate and a little child just wanting to belong.

Parenting shapes Nervous systems and ultimately personalities.

Personality disorders mean a lifetime of emotional pain for a person and others unless addressed. A pattern of enduring and persistent traits because of being brought up in a chaotic environment that are difficult to change.

Why not advocate for safe nurturing parenting and family environments in the first place? Prevention is better than cure.

Lancet published a great systematic review earlier this year , which I think must be communicated to each and everyone when it comes to Brain Health and steps to prevent Neurodegeneration.

Practical take‑aways for you based on the review:

1. Aim for regular physical activity, ideally aerobic plus resistance training, starting in mid‑life or earlier if possible.

2. Focus on maintaining or improving cardiorespiratory fitness rather than just occasional activity, because fitness seems to matter for brain outcomes.
