As per latest NHS guidelines, with effect from 07/05/24 we have decided to move to the triage model for offering appointments for clinicians. Whether you contact the surgery online, by telephone or in person you will not be given an appointment at that point, but a Doctor will contact you and then offer an appropriate appointment or direct you to the appropriate service.
Thank you for your co-operation.

“Safeguarding” refers to measures designed to protect individuals' health, well-being and human rights. Unfortunately, there may be times when venerable people around us may be at risk of harm or self-neglect. This can include young people, elderly people and those with disabilities. The Ann Craft Trust has a host of resources available to assist you in achieving best practice in safeguarding young people and adults at risk. These include:

❓ Understanding safeguarding and what it means

📞 Useful Contacts & Resources

📖 Guides to supporting and safeguarding people with their mental health and wellbeing

👥 Information on the support available for victims of domestic abuse and much more
