I've been changing my lifestyle completely and I will share this week with everyone, to do a public declaration and to inspire everyone to change their lifestyle as well....

I'm feeling so much better after I started giving to my temple the support that most needs.

And I needed differents specialist working together for this: nutritionist, psychologist, Pilates Instructor (yes, someone to share with me), mentors.

This week I had one of the best experience of my life as mum..
Jordan was sleeping and I was preparing the party bags for his birthday party at his nursery.
It was one the first time I felt as mum, looking after his happiness, preparing something consciously to provoke a smile on his face.
He was sleeping and I was preparing something to feed his joy.
I know about the milk, food, clean, washing, ironing, hugging , kisses, walking and so many other things about looking after a baby.
I felt absolutely amused doing this to my son.
See his eyes shinning the whole day, and see him in the happiest day of his life, was AMAZING!
Gave me the feeling that I want to do more, even more. Hahaha
And I said : oh wow! How good is this thing about being mom! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣❤❤❤❤

Today is his day! My baby boy is growing!
And is a special day for myself to remember why I must be the best version of me.
Thank you my son, for EVERYTHING. The good and bad experiences we've already had together.
And I'm thinking : we still have a life time together...❤ we are so lucky.
