The Mental Health Foundation found that 54% of people were worried about the mental health of someone they know at Christmas. Also 26% of people say Christmas makes their mental health worse.
There’s no doubt about it; Christmas can be S.T.R.E.S.S.F.U.L.L we encourage everyone to BE KIND, you don’t know how much someone will appreciate it.
