So the first 3 weeks of Styling Minds are in the bag and already it is proving to have a far greater impact than I could possibly have imagined. We have such an intimate relationship with our self image and our bodies, for good or for bad, it's impossible for it not to be a highly profound experience. And so to a day off and a bit of shopping therapy with Lab Rat number 1 aka Suzy Payne. I'm fully braced! 😁
