‼️THANK YOU TO OUR ART FAIR 2026 SPONSORS

Walfinch Hampstead & Camden is proud to be a sponsor of the Hampstead Summer Festival 2026!

We're delighted to support this fantastic community celebration that showcases everything we love about Hampstead while raising funds for two wonderful local charities: Keats Community Library and Hampstead School of Art.

The festival opens this Sunday, 21st June, with the much-loved Art Fair in the beautiful grounds of Keats House and Keats Community Library. Visitors can browse artwork from talented local artists, explore the stalls, enjoy a glass of fizz, and soak up the atmosphere in one of Hampstead's most picturesque settings.

Come and visit the Walfinch stall between 12pm and 5pm to learn more about how we support local communities. You can also take advantage of a free Digital Health Check and find out more about our Time to Thrive community clubs and wellbeing activities.

We're especially pleased to be presenting the Walfinch Art Prize for the second consecutive year, recognising one of the outstanding artists exhibiting at this year's fair.

With glorious weather forecast and the opening ceremony being led by Sir Michael Palin, it's set to be a wonderful day. We look forward to seeing you there!

Hot weather can be especially difficult for older people.

The early signs of dehydration or poor nutrition are often subtle - tiredness, dizziness, confusion, reduced appetite, or simply seeming quieter than usual.

These small changes are easy to miss, but they can quickly lead to bigger health problems.

Regular support, familiar faces, and keeping an eye on day-to-day wellbeing can make a real difference, especially during warmer weather.

Sometimes it’s the small things - a glass of water, a proper meal, noticing someone isn’t quite themselves - that matter most.

28/05/2026

New UK research shows:
👉 70% of families want daily updates
👉 Only half actually receive them

That gap matters.

Because confidence isn’t built on reports or inspections…
It’s built in everyday communication.

That’s why we use Birdie Care - a modern care platform that helps families stay connected in real time. Families can see visit updates, live notes, arrival times, and know that any issues or changes are being followed up quickly.

The small details matter when it’s someone you care about.

It was a fantastic two days of learning, sharing, connecting, and having fun! Thank you Walfinch National Support Office!🤘
