We are seeking to appoint a Finance and Admin Assistant on an initial part-time freelance contract.

The successful candidate will help with the smooth running of our finance and administrative operations including the processing of invoices and creating monthly usage reports.

This is an initial part-time position, 28 hours per month, the equivalent of four full days.

The role can be performed remotely, but the successful candidate must be based in the UK.

The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 11th September 2026.

We are delighted to be providing mental health and wellbeing support to the cast and crew of the Moulin Rouge! The Musical world tour.

Our dedicated Wellbeing Practitioner will be working with the company both in person whilst the tour is in the UK and online when further afield.

Everyone working on the production also has access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which includes fully subsidised counselling or coaching sessions for more complex issues with our team of UK and international based Counsellors and Coaches (ensuring support is available in multiple time zones).

We are delighted to welcome Kate Brown to the team as our new Administrator.

Kate has over five years of experience in administration and is a qualified integrative therapist.

She holds a degree in Film and Theatre and has a background in dance and musical theatre, as well as being a qualified yoga teacher.

Kate will be working across all areas of the organisation from being the first point of contact for organisations who would like to work with us to helping with the triaging of people in need of support.

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides mental health and wellbeing support to Spotlight and Tagmin members.

As a benefit of membership, individuals can access:

- Six fully subsidised sessions of counselling or coaching with a qualified Counsellor or Coach (or twelve fully subsidised sessions with a trainee Counsellor)
- Full membership of our Creative Industries Community
– Email, telephone, text and WhatsApp and live chat support
- Signposting to legal, financial & practical advice
- Online resources and more

We work with a diverse network of over 125 trainee and qualified BACP or UKCP registered Counsellors and Coaches, all of whom have a background in the creative industries.

All our support is 100% confidential and sessions can be arranged around work and personal commitments.

In the past 12 months, over 1,500 members have accessed counselling and coaching support for mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, bullying and harassment, neurodiversity and suicidal ideations.

Having supported the UK and Ireland tour of To Kill A Mockingbird, we are delighted to be continuing our support as the production moves into the Wyndhams theatre in London’s West End until the 12th September 2026.

Our dedicated Wellbeing Practitioner has been working alongside the cast and crew since the first day of rehearsals and will continue to provide confidential, on-site and online support throughout the production.

Everyone working on the production also has access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which means they are able to access six fully-subsidised sessions of counselling or coaching for more complex issues, legal, financial and practical advice, workshops, talks and events, and much more.
