Jen had spent many years cycling through survival states. It was an exhausting, physiological response to perceived stress.

Together we signaled to her brain and system that the ‘danger’ had passed and thanked her system for keeping her safe.

Her hypnosis audio was packed full of suggestions that these protective mechanisms can now be released. All intertwined into a beautiful sleep story, set in her favourite place on earth 🥹

The outdated stories from childhood were eventually released and rewired through repetition (listening each night as she settled to sleep), and in the sessions we moved together and used regression techniques as well as EFT.

The way she holds herself now vs that first call says it all, you can literally see it in her physiology!

Jen has lifetime access to my magical, value-packed resource portal (as do all my R+T clients) so that she can continue on this path of self development 🦋

It’s maternal mental health awareness month and something I remind clients of when they need to hear it is…

You’re allowed to drop one of the kids’ activities… they don’t have to be booked into all the things. Especially if it’s causing you stress.

If your child is coming home wired and falling apart…

If dinner logistics are a nightmare six nights a week because you’ve got football, gymnastics, beavers, swimming, tennis and dance…

If bedtimes are a nightmare, you’re always rushing and feel like you’re clock watching constantly…

the schedule might be the problem 🤷‍♀️

When we fill every hour we teach our kids that busyness is how we exist. That rest has to be earned. That doing nothing is wasted time.

It isn’t. Downtime is where nervous systems regulate and it’s an opportunity to feel safe in slowness. Where kids get to just be kids. Where they can also get to be bored (which is also a wonderful thing in 2026!)

I get that some kids want to do all the things, but if you’re feeling overwhelmed & dropping balls because of driving here there snd everywhere every week…

You’re allowed to drop the extra class. Protect the slow evening. Choose ease.

That’s not bad parenting, it’s protecting rest and digest - the state where children actually grow, restore and integrate.

When I became a mum 9 years ago I had no idea how much it would change my life.

I’d become so obsessed with conscious parenting I desperately wanted to share what I’d learnt with the world.

I set up this account 4 years ago to do just that, and had no idea how much this initial knowledge sharing would evolve.

When my eldest was a toddler I was starting to realise that so much of the information that’s fed to us is so outdated and specifically designed to support society and the patriarchy...

Burnout doesn’t always look like a breakdown.

Sometimes it’s waking up feeling exhausted, numb, dreading the weekend and snapping at the slightest thing.

You love your kids with your entire heart but you’ve just got nothing left to give. You’re too exhausted to interact with them.

Burnout lifts when the pressure drops, not when you push through the to-do list and try more ways to be productive or motivated.

Irritability, anger, mental fog, feeling isolated, resentment, feeling like a failure, unable to access joy, despondence and feeling physically ill are other notable symptoms 😔

I’ve been there… and as a recovered hyper-independent perfectionist, I know the signs and I see it in parents every day.

It’s absolutely treatable with nervous system support. I teach my clients body-based tools that work when your thinking brain is offline.

If you’re feeling distant or you imagine yourself running away just to escape being constantly needed then you absolutely deserve to feel joy again ❣️

I’ve coached many mums, delivered workshops on this topic and written press articles relating to unconscious stress addiction.

You cannot manifest from a dysregulated nervous system running subconscious beliefs that say you’re not worthy of what you want.

As Einstein said: “Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.”

Everything is energy. Manifestation is physics. And your nervous system is either your greatest tool - or your biggest block.

Are you trying to attract something into your life right now that feels impossible?

Well, what would the ‘version of you who already has it’ be doing? How would she think, act, dress, hold herself?

The key is to embody that version of you who already has it. Operate from that energy. Not always easy, I know!…

But with subconscious reprogramming, it’s easier to achieve than simply just trying to think your way into believing.

1) manifested £20k whilst backpacking Australia (leading to 3 years of world travel total)

3) secured the show home on a new build development (the last one to be available on the help-to-buy scheme, which had a waitlist of 98 people)

4) unexpectedly received £50k which allowed my husband and I to both re-train, change careers, start from the bottom and establish careers that are both meaningful, passion-fuelled and stress-free
