Announcement! 📣

I am making some tweaks to my offerings and as part of this shake up I am saying farewell to my Power Hour service.

Rather than selling my final 3 spaces, I want to give them away to 3 mums who really need it.

Next Wednesday 26th is my birthday and I figured what great timing it would be for these mums to experience a Power Hour in September (which is basically the new year for parents innit) 🤷‍♀️

To enter…

👉🏻Make sure you’re following me
👉🏻Like this post ❤️
👉🏻Tag a friend in the comments who you think needs this - and DM me to tell me why.

If you can, include her email address so I can reach out if she wins.

(And yes, you can absolutely ask someone to nominate you 😉)

🎉 1 comment = 1 entry 🎉

Winners announced Wednesday 26th August 🎂

What is a Power Hour I hear you ask?…

One focused hour of 1:1 hypnotherapy or coaching with me - working on one specific challenge that’s been keeping you stuck. Worth £90.

Examples: something that keeps triggering you, a habit you can’t break, anxiety around a child starting school, clarity on audacious goal you want to hit...

This is subconscious work that gets underneath the surface fast: most clients leave feeling a significant shift.

Yours for free if your nomination is chosen!

Have you been following the Clancy case?

I woke at 3am last night and couldn’t get back to sleep thinking about it, so I did something I haven’t done for years (since I was breastfeeding) and that was - picked up my phone. I started making notes on how I feel about it as I’m quite frankly just really f*cking angry.

Societal expectations, the unsupportive systems, the patriarchy that has never fully understood, funded or prioritised maternal mental health. Arrgghh!!!

All I’m seeing is mothers across the globe expressing how relatable her struggle was (whether suffering to her extremes or not) and FFS it’s 2026 and it shouldn’t be this way.

What are your thoughts on the case?

Did you receive the mental health support you needed postpartum?

Let’s talk about it below and raise awareness ❤️

But also, if you or any other mum in your life (even if you suspect it and are unsure) is struggling - please reach out: to me, to another professional, to a dedicated support line - to someone who will actually listen and help.

Every parent deserves to be heard before reaching crisis point.

Your child’s “difficult” behaviour is pure proof you’re their safe space.

The patience, self awareness, understanding and trust it takes to build a secure attachment is very real.

I hope this helps you release some pressure and feel like you’re doing a flippin’ good job, because YOU ARE!🫶🏻

I’m sorry it’s all so exhausting- but putting in this groundwork now whilst they’re young is literally laying the best foundations for emotionally intelligent, well rounded adults ❣️

This work is priceless.

And if you’re reading this thinking “but no - I can’t seem to regulate with my child and I can’t help but lose my 💩 with them and I’m so triggered when they say NO all the time”…

That’s exactly what we master inside my 4 Week Awakening programme.

Ready to step out of survival mode and shift from reactive triggers to attuned co-regulation?

Comment “THRIVE” and I’ll DM you the full details to get started ✨

Returning to work after maternity leave can feel like a mahoosive identity crisis.

It is A LOT when you’re trying to figure out who you are now - professionally, personally, physically - whilst also keeping a small human alive and pretending all is cool in that 9am meeting.

Matrescence - the psychological and neurological transformation of becoming a mum - is as significant as adolescence.

But, like 100 times harder as you now have a new human to keep alive, you’re never getting enough sleep and there’s no village anymore 🥴

It lasts way longer than people realise.

We all need to invest in mothers... in every sense of the word!

Share this with whoever needs to hear it 💕

When you put in the work and consciously parent your kids, you suddenly get these glimpses of them interacting with their friends, forming relationships and expressing their needs and realise: f**k we’ve done a good job 👏

Back in the day casual cruelty, body shaming, slurs & general piss-taking were deeply embedded in pop culture and I think influenced how kids spoke to each other.

When I was 10, I didn’t have the emotional vocabulary for terms like ‘mental health’ or ‘boundaries’ and so forth. We all just had fewer tools to resolve conflicts peacefully. A lot of us never witnessed our parents modeling this either.

There was a lack of adult intervention. The teaching philosophy of the era was “kids will be kids” or “ignore them” which basically allowed bullying to go unchecked.

I feel like today’s youth culture is generally quicker to call out and reject any systemic teasing.

This is the work y’all! As your kids grow you start to see it (the fruits of your labour as a cycle breaker✨) and it’s a wonderful thing.

Keep going, you’re doing amazing 🫶🏻

4 things to know about me if you’re new here 👀

👇🏻

1) I hate supernanny and you couldn’t pay me to watch any of that damaging tripe

2) I absolutely love the idea of home-ed life (world schooling looks like the DREAM) however, I also love being alone a lot

3) I believe that if our kids witness us expressing ALL the emotions this is hugely beneficial. But they key is modelling to them how we effectively regulate too

4) I believe our children are our biggest teachers, the main reason we get frustrated with them is down to systemic control - without that - parenting would feel a helluva lot easier

Do any of these resonate?
