Building your first fire might be one of those moments that stays in your memory for the rest of your life… or perhaps, eventually, it will be overtaken by newer and more exciting experiences.
But I think the feeling of confidence and competence that comes from realising, I can do this myself, stays somewhere inside us. ❤️
I feel so privileged to experience these moments with my son and to see his happiness almost vibrating through his whole body.

Autumn can feel like the start of a familiar cycle for some families — more colds, lingering coughs, tiredness, disrupted sleep, emotional ups and downs and children just seeming a little less resilient.

What I’m always interested in is the whole picture. Not just the latest symptom, but how your child is sleeping, recovering, coping emotionally, eating, digesting and responding to the demands of everyday life.

That’s why I think autumn is a useful time to pause and look at the bigger pattern before winter is fully underway.

Not every long-standing health concern changes quickly. 🌿
This lovely lady’s journey has taken time, but she never lost trust in the process — and I feel like we can really celebrate now that things are finally beginning to change.
One thing my clients probably learn about me quite quickly is that I don’t give up easily. If something isn’t working, I keep looking, reassessing and trying to understand what the case needs.
And when my clients don’t give up on me either, these moments feel even sweeter. 🤍
After a long road, hearing someone say, “I feel like I can see the light now” is incredibly satisfying.
So happy to see the changes she is experiencing and very grateful for the trust she placed in me along the way.

Two new families. Two autistic girls. Two very similar updates within the same week. 🤍
I only started working with both families around four weeks ago, so these are still very early days.
This week, both mums shared noticeable changes in communication and understanding — from using more language to expressing a need verbally for the first time.
Every child responds differently, and I would never expect the same progress from everyone. But some weeks bring very special updates. 🤍

After a long drive from London, we finally arrived at Lake Bala in Wales.
Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel standing here, surrounded by this breathtaking beauty. This is where I feel truly connected—to the Source, the Universe, Mother Nature, God… whatever name you choose to give it.
There is something about places like this that can’t really be explained. They remind you that there is something far greater than ourselves. They make you slow down, breathe deeper, and feel more alive.

Hey, this is me.
Indre. A 44-year-old woman, mother to three amazing spirits, wife to my soulmate, friend to many beautiful people, and a homeopath to anyone who trusts me with their health.
This is my new look 🤗
I think it fits the way I feel in this world much better. It’s different… and so am I.
Maybe it’s a midlife crisis. Maybe it’s simply a desire to renew, refresh, and embrace the next chapter.
I have to admit, I’m proud of myself for being brave enough to let go of the attachment to my long hair. It was part of my identity for so many years, but I realised that sometimes growth means being willing to release and let go.
Life is constantly changing, and so are we. We don’t have to stay the same person forever. We can evolve, surprise ourselves, and choose ourselves again and again.
Here’s to new beginnings, fresh energy, and having the courage to be unapologetically yourself. ❤️

This young boy came with severe reflux, vomiting after meals, chest pain, diarrhoea, eczema and hay fever and asthma that we are still working on.
