Bruising after filler? Here’s what you actually need to know 👀
Some people bruise easily, some barely bruise at all, and sometimes you can do everything right and still end up with a little souvenir 😂
It can be down to your anatomy, if you naturally bruise easily, certain medications or supplements, alcohol before your appointment or sometimes, honestly, just luck.
The good news is that bruising is temporary and won’t affect your final result. Most bruises settle within 1–2 weeks, but everyone is different.
If you’ve got a wedding, holiday or big event coming up, I’d always recommend leaving around 2 weeks between your appointment and the event, just to give any bruising or swelling time to settle.
