A big thank you to all our early adopters 🎉😀🎊We have now reached over 200 users on the NuKi Health platform. We launched during the first COVID-19 lockdown while hundreds of dietitian and allergy NHS appointments were being postponed or cancelled. We are proud of the dietetic team that helped a wide number of families through video consultations and chat support and look forward to continuing to do so in the future. How much salt can my child have a day?

Reducing salt at all ages where possible is a healthy choice.Babies should not eat much salt, because their kidneys are not fully developed to process it.

Babies under 1 year old should have less than 1g of salt a day.
1 to 3 years - 2g salt a day
4 to 6 years - 3g salt a day
7 to 10 years - 5g salt a day
11 years and over - 6g salt a day
