A good practitioner will turn you away. Here’s when.
We will not treat you if you have a bleeding disorder like haemophilia, take anticoagulants (warfarin, heparin), have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, or are undergoing cancer treatment.
We’ll pause or refer you first for pregnancy, active infection or fever, severe anaemia or recent blood donation, and uncontrolled diabetes.
And cups never go on varicose veins, over arteries or major nerves, open wounds, fractures, or DVT sites.
