We all find it embarrassing sometimes when we have to make an appointment with our GP. Both ladies and gents find certain subjects taboo, cringy, awkward, and embarrassing, so we put off going to see our GP.

Most of the time we do go...in the end, but reading the attached article would suggest that there are still so many people that just DON'T go!!

One moment of embarrassment will far out-weigh any potential underlying health issues that could be lingering!
