On Friday 16th January, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, we will be offering a community empowerment workshop on “Grief and Loss” at Imperial College.

We will talk about:
•⁠ ⁠The stages of grief
•⁠ ⁠When grief is a normal process and when we may need professional support
•⁠ ⁠How to support those around us who are going through the pain of loss

It will be an interactive workshop, delivered by Dr. Ingy Ghanem and Amira Essa

The workshop is free of charge, but a lot of time and effort has gone into organising it, so we kindly ask that only those who are sure they can attend reserve a ticket 🙏🏻
