This persimmon skipped the fruit bowl and went straight to the shower. 🧼

Japanese persimmon soap gets its character from kakishibu (柿渋), the tannin from unripe persimmons, too astringent to eat but used in Japan for over 1,000 years. We cold-press it in small batches in Japan with plant oils and shea butter, so your everyday shower gets a little more Japanese.
