She has achieved 2 Great British Care Awards whilst completing her QCF 5 which has led her to becoming a star in the sector. Thankyou for your commitment and efforts throughout our time together. You will be greatly missed and wish you all the best.

Congratulations to Lou!!
After achieving great feedback from our customers with plenty of compliments and showcasing positive working, Lou has achieved a senior role at a young age.
She had a bet with her mum that she would make senior by the end of the year.
(only 8 months early!)
