What you can see coating the lips is not lip gloss. It is a product specifically designed for use after lip filler treatment to help care for the lips, minimise bruising, provide hydration, and keep the lips moisturised after the procedure.
For this case, we used only 0.5 ml of filler. The aim was not to create bigger or fuller lips, but simply to refine the shape, improve balance, and keep the result as natural as possible.
The lips themselves were not actually uneven. What we were seeing was an uneven loss of the natural lip colour, which can become more noticeable with age. This can sometimes create the illusion that one side of the lips is different from the other.
For this case, we focused on:
• Gently defining the overall lip shape
• Creating a subtle M-shape and enhancing the Cupid’s Bow
• Refining the centre of the lower lip to create a soft curve that complements the upper lip
• Slightly lifting the corners of the mouth while keeping the correction conservative and considering the long-term appearance of the lips
The client wanted a very natural result. No significantly bigger lips — just a more defined, balanced and beautifully shaped version of her own lips.
When it comes to dermal fillers, our clinic carefully selects products according to our own quality and safety standards.
We currently do not offer Korean filler brands and choose to work only with selected European and American brands that meet the standards we have set for our clinic.

จริง ๆ แล้วเคสนี้ไม่ได้มีปัญหาเรื่อง “เนื้อปากไม่เท่ากัน” แต่เป็น สีริมฝีปากตามธรรมชาติที่จางหรือหายไม่เท่ากัน ซึ่งสามารถพบได้บ่อยขึ้นเมื่ออายุมากขึ้น จึงอาจทำให้มองด้วยตาแล้วรู้สึกว่ารูปปากสองข้างไม่เท่ากัน
สิ่งที่เราปรับในเคสนี้คือ
* สร้างทรงปากให้ชัดขึ้นเล็กน้อย
* เพิ่มทรง M Shape และยก Cupid’s Bow
* ปรับช่วงกลางริมฝีปากล่าง
ให้มีความโค้งสวย รับกับริมฝีปากบน
* ไม่เน้นความกระจับบริเวณกึ่งกลางปาก
* ยกมุมปากเพียงเล็กน้อยให้พอดี ไม่ทำมากจนเกินไป และคำนึงถึงผลในระยะยาว
เคสนี้ต้องการผลลัพธ์ที่ Natural มาก ๆ ไม่ต้องการปากใหญ่ แค่ต้องการให้รูปปากดูสวย มีมิติ และสมดุลขึ้นเท่านั้นค่ะ
สำหรับฟิลเลอร์ ทางคลินิกเลือกใช้เฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผ่านมาตรฐานตามเกณฑ์ที่คลินิกกำหนด และขอย้ำว่า ทางคลินิกไม่ได้ให้บริการฟิลเลอร์แบรนด์เกาหลี โดยปัจจุบันเลือกใช้เฉพาะแบรนด์จาก ยุโรปและอเมริกา ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกตามมาตรฐานของคลินิกค่ะ
