CURRENT MOOD. It’s all got a bit much this week hasn’t it? Yer pals are dropping like flies and your trying your damndest to avoid isolating over Xmas. And who are we to tell you to cheer up? You gotta feel it to heal it.

That said if you’re ready to stop the doomscrolling and get back on the horse again today (I know I am) then think about what’s gonna make you feel better, even a lil bit.

For me this is a trip to the gym to get the endorphins going coupled with some music that is just the right side of cheese to really tap into the euphoria of the hormones…. Tonight im thinking a super fun Carl Cox and Fatboy slim mix from a few years ago that was a lifesaver through lockdown runs earlier this year.
