Too often the systems we rely on treat symptoms instead of addressing the root cause. Western medicine can relieve pain or offer short term fixes, but it doesn’t look at the whole picture.

I’m a strong believer in the body’s natural ability to heal when we support it on a deeper level and When we’re conscious of what we put in it, on it and around it.

When we understand this we realise how much power we truly have to shift our own health, regulate our emotions, and change the direction of our lives

We are so focused on curing disease that we forget to ask why it’s happening in the first place.

Cancer isn’t something that appears overnight. It develops over time being influenced by lifestyle, environment, stress, toxins, nourishment, and emotional trauma.

I’m not saying Modern medicine hasnt saved lives. But what if we poured the same energy into prevention?

What if conversations about cancer included

* ��The impact of ultra processed foods
* ��Daily toxic load in our homes
* ��Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation
* ��Gut health and inflammation
* ��The importance of sunlight, sleep, and real connection

Prevention isn’t fear based.

Knowledge is power and we may not control everything. But we can influence a lot more than we’ve been led to believe!!

🧬 I’m also aware that genetics do play a role but they don’t have to define our reality.
Just because certain traits run in a family doesn’t mean your path is already written.
Genetics may load the gun but your environment, lifestyle, and level of self awareness determine whether the trigger gets pulled!

When we understand this we realise how much power we truly have to shift our own health, regulate our emotions, and change the direction of our lives

We’ve normalised drinking chemically treated water...

We call it clean but it’s filled with
Chlorine.
Fluoride.
Pharmaceutical traces.
Heavy metals within “legal limits.”
And More!

Let’s stop blindly trusting what’s been normalised and stop making our bodies work harder. The body already has to filter out enough without all these extra toxins!

Yes, l’d rather make my own.
But for the times that doesn’t happen (because life gets busy)
I still keep one of these in my freezer.

This is what conscious living actually looks like.

I always knew I wanted to earn online.
I knew I didn’t want to be out for hours, leaving my babies in a setting that didn’t feel right for us.

I saw so many mums talking about this on social media, and deep down I knew I wanted that freedom too...
I just didn’t know how and nothing seemed to align

But I finally found a course that teaches everything step by step and honestly, it’s the easiest thing l’ve ever followed and the best decision l’ve made. 3 weeks in and l was earning already 🙌🏽

This policy was introduced as a public health measure but it also means that a lot of everyday foods made with non wholemeal flour like bread, pastries, wraps, cakes, cereals now contain synthetic folic acid whether you choose it intentionally or not! ❤️

This isn’t about fear it’s about awareness.
When you understand what’s in your food, you get to decide what aligns with your body and your values.
