It's Sunday afternoon, and I'm here in Gillingham getting ready for another Women's Health Chat. 💜

The room is ready, the materials are prepared, and now we're waiting to welcome the women joining us today.

This afternoon, we're talking about hormonal health and what's really happening in our bodies, from oestrogen and progesterone to testosterone, thyroid hormones and cortisol.

Women's health education should be accessible, practical and easy to understand.

We're here from 2pm to 4pm.

Free to attend, and all women are welcome.
