Shin Healing

At the threshold of autumn, the Sun enters Libra, the Gate of Equilibrium.

But what does Libra truly ask of us?

Beyond the horoscope, beyond personality and prediction, lies a deeper question:

What is the cosmic law of balance — and how does it operate within us?

This month, we explore Libra through Esoteric Astrology, the ancient Chinese cosmological vision of Heaven and Earth, the Five Phases, the I Ching, the rhythm of the seasons, and the law of Karma. By esoteric reader & teacher, Roy Devyn at Shin Healing.

Come inside with me… 🤍

I’m here doing the sound check for Classical Calm, and this space is even more beautiful in person!

For this special Sunday morning, I’ll be joined by Kate Ham on live harp, alongside my metal & crystal singing bowls — somewhere between a classical concert and a sound bath.

You’ll arrive, settle onto your mattress with a blanket, pillow and eye mask, and simply lie back and listen.

The morning will feature music by Philip Glass, Ólafur Arnalds, Max Richter and more, alongside the resonant sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls.

We’re also delighted to have .nootropics and Farnham joining us with little touches for our guests — coffee samples and tea in the goodie bags. 🤍

We got some beautiful testimonials from our London pilot ✨

Awww I made it to the solar eclipse! I didn’t expect I’d enjoy it this much ! Thank you universe. In the last quarter I basically lie down and connect myself with the nature, all of a sudden I felt the love from the Mother Earth, the sun and the cherry tree above me. (Did I feel the moon energy?) Anyway,🥰 So lovely! Let me see if I will go back to watch some shooting stars later (best watching time is midnight to 5am).

Two years of teaching Tibetan bowls and gongs, and it still surprises people how physical it is

It’s never sadness. It’s release, the nervous system finally letting go of something it’s been bracing against for months, sometimes years.

Inside the book I send to everyone who’s curious:
📖 The Bön tradition roots of these bowls, predating Buddhism in Tibet by centuries
🧘 The actual brainwave science behind why sound therapy induces deep relaxation
✨ How to actually play a singing bowl, technique by technique

Comment “GUIDE” below and I’ll send it your way.

So last week I wasn’t feeling well but depleted, a little off-centre. And coming out the other side reminded me exactly why this work matters. We all carry period like that!

Around 8/8 each year is the Lion’s Gate — an alignment between the Earth, the Sun in Leo, and Sirius, the brightest star in our sky. It’s long been seen as one of the most powerful energetic windows of the entire year. ✨

A window like this isn’t something to just notice — it’s something to leverage. The energy is heightened, so the work goes deeper. It’s the ideal time to reset, release what’s heavy, and set a clear intention for what’s next.

This week and next I’m holding space for exactly that:
🦁 Immersive sessions & Reiki — in person, Hammersmith
📅 Fri 7/8 - Sun 9/8 - Mon 10/8 - Wed 12/8
🌍 Not in West London? Distant Reiki is available — and the price just dropped to £35.

Whether you come to my space or receive from your own, this is your invitation to realign. Spaces are limited around this window. Comment ✨ or DM “GATE” and I’ll send you the times.

You’ve been playing with bowls and gongs for a while. But have you ever done it under supervision?

Most training stops at demonstration, watch, copy, get a certificate. This course is different. Alongside Tibetan bowl and gong technique, you get supervised practice hours with real feedback on your strikes, your pacing, your presence in the room. Not theory you read once and forget, reps you actually correct.
Ready to practice like it’s your profession?

📍 August 19–21 | West London | Few spots left.

Comment “BOWLS” and I’ll send you the details.

There’s something kind of wild about lying on a mattress with a lavender eye pillow on your face while a harp plays live and sound bowls hum through the barn hall in countryside.

Classical Calm Inside the Music — a collaboration between Soulful Soundbaths and Shin Healing, held inside a beautiful old barn in the Surrey countryside.

No small talk, no phones, no “so what do you do”. Just two hours of doing absolutely nothing except listening.
If your nervous system has been begging for a day off, don’t sit on this one.
