I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner and offer evidence-based, trauma-informed psychological therapy.

With over 20 years’ experience, including working as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the NHS, I support individuals and organisations to enhance wellbeing and navigate distress, trauma, and neurodivergent challenges. I work both online and in person in South East London and Bromley.
