Ultimately it's not about one lonely person's struggle for vanity, it's about Shakti, the universal power that guides us all. Yoga is a movement meditation, an offering of how you move through life and conveying this stillness and freedom is at the core of how I teach. My classes are slow and strong, challenging and peaceful, like riding a big wave in the ocean.

“Everyone said I was crazy.” ✨

In 2015, I quit my job and went to India to travel and study yoga. I had no idea how much that decision would change my life.

Looking through these photos reminds me of everything that followed: adventures, motherhood, teaching yoga and finding my own way.

Today, I have more time to do what I love. To move, create, connect with people and make memories with my daughter. Life still has its challenges, but I’m grateful I took that chance. 💛

Sometimes one decision opens a door you couldn’t have imagined.

✨ Your body has a rhythm.

Some days movement feels effortless. Other days, you need a gentler pace. Both deserve your attention. 💛

We all have a daily body clock, and menstrual cycles bring additional hormonal changes. But no chart can tell you exactly how you should feel — your experience is your own.

Rather than expecting the same energy every day, get curious:
🌿 How did I sleep?
🌿 What feels comfortable today?
🌿 Do I need movement, rest, or a little of both?

In my yoga and movement sessions, I encourage you to notice how you feel and adapt. Breathe, move, strengthen, soften — give yourself room to choose.

I don’t train to look good. I train because I honour my body. 🤍

There was a time when it was all about discipline. Showing up, pushing through and staying consistent.

Now, it feels more like devotion. ✨

Discipline taught me to take care of my body.
Devotion taught me to love taking care of it.

Movement is no longer about how I look. It’s about how I feel, how I connect with myself and how I want to live.

Strong body. Calm mind. Connected soul. 🌿

🔥❄️ Sauna isn’t about pushing your body to its limits.

There’s a growing trend towards making sauna sessions more extreme: maximum heat, straight into an icy plunge, repeat.

But more intensity isn’t necessarily better.

After a sauna, your body is hot, your heart rate is elevated and your blood vessels are dilated. Going immediately from maximum heat into very cold water creates a sharp physiological transition.

Instead, try giving your body a moment to adapt.

🌿 Step outside and breathe fresh air.
Take 2–3 minutes to cool down naturally, allowing your breathing and heart rate to settle.

❄️ Then enter the cold plunge at an appropriate temperature for you.
No need to prove anything. The goal is a controlled, intentional cold exposure, not an endurance test.

🧘‍♀️ Listen to your body.

A gradual transition is a conversation.
A sudden transition can feel like a shock.

Heat. Pause. Breathe. Cool. Cold. Recover.

The sauna isn’t about pain.
