Touch, Care & Connect is a gentle 2-hour guided workshop for couples, partners, friends, or those coming alone — for anyone who wants something more meaningful than a typical day out.

Designed as a calming special date experience, this workshop helps you slow down, be present, and create a moment of genuine connection with someone you care about.

What you'll experience:

You'll be guided through breathing and space-setting, a calming towel ritual, simple massage movements, and a relaxing flow you can recreate at home — at your own pace, in a fully supported environment.

This is designed for everyday people. No massage experience needed. You'll learn simple ways to use touch, atmosphere, and presence to care for another person — in a calm, supportive, and fully guided setting.

You are welcome to come alone, or bring a partner, friend, or family member. You will remain fully clothed throughout.

Your guide:

This experience is led by May Au, founder of Zen Qi and an award-winning massage therapist and wellness educator based in London.

May holds the titles of UK Massage Champion 2023 and National Massage Championship Winner 2024, and brings experience as an international massage competition judge. She combines professional massage expertise, mindful movement, and Eastern wellness principles to create a space that is safe, calm, and deeply human.
