PLEASE SHARE! We’re pleased to share information about a new face-to-face Bengali Sylheti-speaking women’s group, jointly run by Tower Hamlets and Newham Talking Therapies.

The group is designed for Bangla and Sylheti-speaking women experiencing mild to moderate depression. It will explore the cycle of low mood, reduced activity, and avoidance, and introduce practical strategies such as balancing activities and problem solving.
