Feeling stressed?
Look after your wellbeing.
Set better boundaries.
Take a break.
Practise mindfulness.
Nothing wrong with any of that.
But on its own, it often isn't enough.
The thing is, workplace stress is often treated as an individual problem with individual solutions.
Yet stress rarely exists in isolation.
It is shaped by relationships, team dynamics, organisational culture, leadership behaviours, priorities, and the systems we work within every day.
Stress shows up in:
How people communicate.
How decisions get made.
How conflict is handled.
How workloads are distributed.
How safe people feel to speak up.
Addressing stress effectively requires more than personal coping strategies.
It requires understanding the wider system in which stress is being generated, amplified, and sustained.
Our programme, Managing Stress and Resilience in Teams and Organisations, takes exactly that approach.
Across two one-day courses, participants explore stress through multiple lenses:
โ Understanding personal stress patterns and building resilience
โ Exploring relational dynamics and communication under pressure
โ Recognising team patterns and collective responses to stress
โ Understanding the influence of organisational culture, structures, and ways of working
โ Examining power, authority, and their impact on behaviour and wellbeing
โ Strengthening leadership practices and psychological safety
Drawing on neuroscience, organisational psychology, and relational Gestalt practice, the programme helps participants understand how stress moves through individuals, teams, and organisations - and how to respond in ways that support healthier relationships, stronger resilience, and more sustainable performance.
Because when we focus only on the individual, we often miss the conditions that created the pressure in the first place.
And when we understand stress systemically, we create far greater opportunities for meaningful and lasting change.
