We’re proud to welcome Jen Parr, Specialist Hand Therapist, to the Kaizen Physiotherapy team.

Jen specialises in the assessment and treatment of hand, wrist and upper limb conditions, including fractures, ligament injuries, nerve conditions, osteoarthritis and post-operative rehabilitation.

🏎️🎶🧤 With experience supporting elite performers and a specialist interest in working with musicians, Jen combines expert clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of the demands of performance, helping people return to what they love with confidence.

New year, new addition to the team 🙌

Meet Stef 👋

An MSK specialist physiotherapist with global experience across Canada, Australia, the US, and the UK. Stef has worked with everyone from professional athletes, business leaders, actors, and musicians to recreational runners and people navigating everyday movement challenges.

She takes a holistic approach to care — listening first, adding meaningful value, and making rehab both effective and enjoyable. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her running around London, staying active, travelling, or chasing a completely meaningless PB in the gym 💪🏽🏃‍♀️

Stef will be treating across Soho, LST, and Marylebone, and we’re very excited to have her on board.

Had a great catch up with spine doc Nick Beresford-Cleary last week. Refreshing to chat with someone very aware of some of the challenges that physiotherapists have to deal with when managing spinal pathologies in high level sports/function!

On a side note, Gus is retiring from being photographed now that a more photogenic physio has joined the club...
