Relating in relationships, addressed relationally.
Relationships are at the core of our lives: our way of relating with others and the outside world often dictates how we feel, think, or act.
Sometimes our entire being (thoughts, feelings, behaviour) might get hijacked by certain interactions, be it with a partner, a child, a family member, a friend, a work colleague or that driver that cut right in front of you, to name just a few!
What does it take to change that?
Relational therapy has proven useful and supportive of clients wishing to set boundaries and commit to changing the way they relate with others by changing the way they relate with themselves.
Whether just curious about therapy or ready to commit, my books are open for new clients this month.
