Thirty years caring for babies has taught meâŠ
The early weeks after birth were never meant to be managed by one exhausted mother⊠and a late-night Google search.
This isnât preference.
Itâs biology.
Which means early parenthood was never designed as a solo act.
For most of human history, postpartum looked very different:
Food was brought.
The mother was rested.
Other adults held the edges of life so she could hold her baby, rest and get to know the little person she created.
Now?
Women are discharged within hoursâŠ
Expected to recover from birth, establish breastfeeding, and regulate a brand-new nervous system â largely alone.
And when it feels overwhelming, the story theyâre given is:
youâre not coping.
You were never meant to do this without support
This is the work I do.
I donât prepare women to âwing itâ and hope instinct kicks in under pressure.
I prepare you and the people around you â to build a postpartum that actually meets the biological needs of a newborn and a mother.
Because those needs havenât changed.
Only the support has.
If youâre pregnant and already wondering
âhow am I actually going to do this?â
Letâs get ahead of it.
DM me âPOSTPARTUMâ or book a clarity call â and weâll map out what real support looks like for you
