We had a lovely time celebrating Diane and June’s birthdays. Diane enjoyed a special day with her family, while June was delighted with her beautiful cake, flowers and presents from her son 🎁💐

It was lovely to see both ladies enjoying their special days and making some lovely memories with the people who matter most. Happy birthday, Diane and June! 🥳💜

Sometimes, it’s the simple things that make a lovely afternoon at Brackenbridge House 📖💛

Our wonderful residents enjoyed spending some quiet time with a picture book, taking a look through the colourful pages and familiar scenes at their own pace. It was lovely to see everyone exploring the book in their own way and enjoying a little time to sit, look and reminisce.

“Let’s go to the seaside!” was the request from some of our lovely residents at Brackenbridge House, so off we went to Littlehampton! 🌊☀️

Everyone enjoyed being by the coast, taking in the sea air, watching the waves and enjoying the views. The accessible paths meant everyone could get nice and close to the beach and soak up the seaside atmosphere.

And of course, fish and chips were a must! 🍟 We also had plenty of entertainment at the fairground, with Omana particularly enjoying watching our carers brave the water slide. A lovely day out with some very happy memories made 💜

There was plenty of cake and catching up at Brackenbridge House as we hosted our Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning ☕🍰

Our wonderful residents, relatives, friends and our team all came together for a cuppa, a slice of something delicious and a good chat. It was lovely to see everyone getting involved and supporting such a worthwhile cause 💚

And thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised an amazing £265 for Macmillan Cancer Support! A huge thank you to everyone who donated, baked and helped make the morning such a success 💚

We recently enjoyed a lovely day out from Brackenbridge House to Polhill Garden Centre in Kent🌿🌸

Our wonderful residents enjoyed having a wander around, taking in the plants and flowers and, of course, finding time to stop and have a little sniff of the roses! 🌹🎄

There were plenty of lovely things to see, a few photos along the way and lots of time to enjoy being out together. A lovely day from start to finish💜

Aloha from Brackenbridge House! 🌺🌴

We had a brilliant time celebrating Carnival Weekend with a Hawaiian twist. Our residents, relatives and wonderful team really got into the spirit, with some fantastic outfits on show!

There was a tasty BBQ, great entertainment and plenty of time to enjoy the afternoon together. A big thank you to everyone who dressed up and helped make it such a fun day at Brackenbridge House 💜

🎨🌸 Creativity in full bloom at Brackenbridge House 🌸🎨

Our residents have been enjoying a lovely arts and crafts session, filling the day with colour, imagination and plenty of smiles. Together they worked on a beautiful collage and had fun framing delicate flowers, each one creating something a little bit unique and personal 🖌️🌼

There was lots of sharing ideas, chatting and encouragement throughout, with everyone getting stuck in at their own pace. It was such a lovely reminder that it is not just about the finished piece, but the enjoyment and connection that comes with creating together 💕

Saturday mornings, their way 💜

We had a lovely, easy start to the day at Brackenbridge House , with everyone settling into the things they enjoy most. Some of our residents caught up with the newspapers, others got cosy with a good book, while a few kept their minds busy with puzzles 📰📚🧩

It’s those gentle moments that make all the difference, having the time and choice to enjoy the morning at your own pace, just how it should be ❤️
