Nobody congratulates you for saying no to the biscuits in the office.

Nobody applauds when you choose water instead of another glass of w**e.

Nobody notices when you go for a walk instead of collapsing on the sofa.

Nobody sees you pause before reaching for food because you’re stressed, tired or emotional.

And yet…

These are the moments that change your life.

We’re so used to celebrating the big things.

The dramatic transformation.

The before-and-after photo.

The number on the scales.

The dress size you finally fit into.

But what we don’t see are the hundreds of small decisions that happened along the way.

The ordinary Tuesday nights.

The mornings when you couldn’t be bothered.

The moments when nobody would have known if you gave up.

Those quiet choices are what create the result.

Because your healthiest life isn’t built in one big moment.

It’s built in the moments nobody sees.

The choice to keep going.

The choice to look after yourself.

The choice to do something today that your future self will thank you for.

So don’t underestimate the small things.

They count.

Keep making those quiet decisions.

Keep showing up.

Keep choosing yourself.

Because one day, people may look at you and ask:

“What did you do?”

And you’ll know the answer.

It wasn’t one thing.

It was all those little choices nobody saw. 💛

What Women Really Want

A woman once told me,

"If I could just lose another two stone, everything would be fine."

So I asked her a different question.

"What do you think losing that weight would actually give you?"

She paused.

Then she smiled.

"I'd stop hiding from photos."

"I'd book holidays without worrying about what I'd wear."

"I'd have more energy to play with my grandchildren."

And suddenly, it became clear.

She didn't really want to lose two stone.

She wanted freedom.

Freedom to wear the clothes she loved.

Freedom to be in the photos.

Freedom to enjoy holidays without thinking about her body.

Freedom to have more energy for the people and experiences that matter.

Because weight loss is rarely the real dream.

It's what we believe is waiting for us on the other side of it.

And when you reconnect with what you're actually working towards…

The journey becomes about so much more than a number on the scales.

So ask yourself:

If you woke up tomorrow feeling completely comfortable and confident in your body, what would you do differently?

That answer might tell you more about your goal than the number you've been chasing.

What's your version of freedom? 💛

A Letter From Your Future Self 💛

Sometimes I wonder what the woman I’ll become would say to me today.

I don’t think she’d thank me for another crash diet.

Or for feeling guilty after eating cake.

Or for spending another year waiting to feel “good enough” before enjoying my life.

I think she’d thank me for the ordinary things.

For going to bed a little earlier.

For choosing the protein when nobody was watching.

For going for the walk I nearly talked myself out of.

For taking care of myself even when life was busy.

For keeping the promises I made to myself — even the tiny ones.

Because your future isn’t built through one huge decision.

It’s built quietly.

One meal.
One walk.
One bedtime.
One choice at a time.

And eventually…

those ordinary choices become your normal.

So ask yourself today:

What is one thing your future self would thank you for doing today? 💛

WAITING TO FEEL MOTIVATED 🤍

Can I tell you a secret?

I still have mornings when I don't feel like exercising.

People are often surprised when I say that.

They imagine coaches wake up every morning full of energy, excited to work out and completely motivated.

We don't.

We're human too.

The difference is that I've stopped asking myself:

“Do I feel like doing this today?”

Instead, I ask:

“What did I say I was going to do?”

Then I put my trainers on.

That's it.

I don't negotiate with myself for 20 minutes.

I don't wait for the perfect mood.

I simply start.

And most of the time...

Once I'm moving, my mood catches up.

This is something I wish more women understood.

You don't have to feel motivated to take action.

Sometimes action creates the motivation.

Motivation is lovely when it shows up.

But it's not a reliable strategy.

Because some days you'll feel inspired.

Other days you'll feel tired.

Busy.

Bored.

Unmotivated.

And if your healthy habits depend on feeling motivated first...

You'll constantly be starting and stopping.

Instead, make the decision before the feeling arrives.

Put the trainers by the door.

Schedule the walk.

Prepare the breakfast.

Make the healthy choice easier.

Then follow through—even when you're not particularly excited about it.

Because every time you keep a small promise to yourself, you build something much more valuable than motivation:

Self-trust.

So if you're waiting to feel inspired...

Don't.

Start first.

Let motivation catch up with you on the way. 💛

I DON’T HAVE TIME.” 🤍

This came up during a coaching session recently.

My client sighed and said:

“I just don’t have time.”

So I asked her to walk me through a typical day.

She'd organised everyone else's meals.

Sorted school things.

Helped a colleague.

Called her mum.

Booked an appointment for someone else.

Checked what everyone needed.

And by the end of our conversation, something became very clear...

It wasn't that she had no time.

She'd simply given every bit of it away.

And I see this so often with women over 40.

We're incredibly good at taking care of everyone else.

Sometimes so good at it...

we disappear from our own list.

Our health gets whatever time is left.

Our exercise gets whatever energy is left.

Our meals get whatever thought is left.

And then we wonder why we're exhausted.

But looking after yourself isn't selfish.

It's not indulgent.

It's not something you have to earn once everyone else is taken care of.

You matter too.

And you don't need to find another hour in your already busy day.

Start with ten minutes.

Ten minutes to walk.

Ten minutes to prepare something nourishing.

Ten minutes to sit quietly.

Ten minutes that belong only to you.

Because sometimes the first step isn't finding more time.

It's deciding that you deserve some of the time you already have. 💛

Comment ME TOO if you're guilty of putting everyone else first.

And ask yourself today:

“Where could I give 10 minutes back to myself?”

A few years ago, I thought every workout had to be “worth it.” 🤍

An hour in the gym.

Sweating.

Feeling exhausted.

If I couldn't do that...

I often did nothing.

Because somehow, I'd convinced myself that less wasn't worth doing.

Now I coach women every week, and I've learnt something completely different.

The women who create lasting change aren't the ones who always have loads of time.

They're the ones who keep making tiny promises to themselves — and keeping them.

Five minutes of movement.

A short walk.

Preparing tomorrow's breakfast.

Stretching while the kettle boils.

Taking the stairs.

Getting outside for some fresh air.

These little moments can feel insignificant.

Until you repeat them.

Again.

And again.

And again.

Because that's when something powerful happens.

You're not just building a healthier body.

You're building self-trust.

You're proving to yourself:

“I'm someone who follows through.”

Your life doesn't change because of one amazing day.

It changes because you keep showing up on the ordinary ones.

So stop asking:

“Is this enough?”

Ask:

“Can I do this consistently?”

Because the small things you repeat will always matter more than the big things you occasionally do.

You don't need more time.

You need to stop underestimating what you can do with the time you already have. 💛

Comment SMALL if you're ready to stop waiting for the perfect workout and start making tiny promises you can actually keep. 👇

There is nothing magical about Monday. 🤍

I was talking to one of my clients recently.

She'd had a lovely weekend.

A meal out with her family.

Chocolate cake for dessert.

Something she hadn't planned.

On Monday morning, she messaged me:

"I've ruined it. I'm starting again today."

That sentence stopped me.

Because she hadn't ruined anything.

She'd simply had a weekend.

Somewhere along the way, we've been taught that if we're not "perfect", we have to start from scratch.

But think about how ridiculous that sounds in other areas of life.

Imagine if we treated brushing our teeth like that.

Miss one night...

"Well, I've ruined it. I'll start again next Monday." 😂

Yet that's exactly how so many women treat their health.

One meal becomes:

"I've blown it."

One weekend becomes:

"I'll start again Monday."

And suddenly one imperfect choice has turned into an entire week of giving up.

But here's the truth:

One meal doesn't erase weeks of good choices.

One dessert doesn't undo your progress.

One weekend doesn't send you back to the beginning.

And you don't need to punish yourself for enjoying your life.

The goal isn't to be perfect.

It's to learn how to return to your habits without the drama, guilt or all-or-nothing thinking.

So if your weekend wasn't exactly how you'd planned...

Don't wait for Monday.

Don't "start again."

Don't compensate.

Just make your next decision a supportive one.

Because you haven't failed.

You're simply continuing. 💛

There is nothing magical about Monday.

Your next choice is where your progress continues.

September doesn't need a stricter version of you. 🤍
It needs a kinder one.

September can feel like the perfect time to tighten everything up.

New routine.
New goals.
New rules.
New diet.

But what if you approached this month differently?

Not more rules.
More awareness.

Not more punishment.
More understanding.

Not another strict plan.
A better relationship with yourself.

Because you've already proved something important...

Being hard on yourself hasn't worked.

The guilt hasn't worked.
The all-or-nothing thinking hasn't worked.
The constant "starting again" hasn't worked.

So maybe it's time to try something different.

Instead of asking:

"How can I be stricter with myself?"

Ask:

"How can I support myself better?"

What does your body need?

What habits would make your life easier?

What could you do consistently without feeling like you're constantly on a diet?

You don't need to punish yourself into becoming healthier.

You can build a healthier life from a place of self-respect.

And maybe this September isn't about becoming a stricter version of you.

Maybe it's about becoming a woman who finally knows how to take care of herself without being at war with herself. 💛

Comment KIND if you're choosing a kinder approach this September. 👇

14/09/2026

What if this time wasn't about losing weight? 🤍

What if this time was about becoming the woman who doesn't need to keep losing it?

That's a very different goal.

One focuses on the scales.

The other focuses on who you're becoming.

One creates temporary motivation.

The other creates lasting change.

Because if you've spent years losing weight, regaining it, and starting again...

Maybe the answer isn't another diet.

Maybe it's becoming someone who has learned how to maintain.

Someone who:

✨ Takes care of her body without obsessing over it
✨ Eats well without feeling restricted
✨ Moves because she values her strength
✨ Knows how to handle difficult days without giving up
✨ Doesn't turn one indulgent meal into a week of overeating
✨ Doesn't need to "start again" every Monday

So instead of asking:

"How quickly can I lose weight?"

Try asking:

"Who do I need to become so I never have to keep starting again?"

That question changes the focus from a temporary result...

To a completely different way of living.

Because the goal isn't just to lose the weight.

It's to become the woman who knows how to keep it off.

And that is where real transformation begins. 💛

**You don't need a new Monday.** 🤍

You don't need a new month.

You don't even need a new meal plan.

You're only **one decision away** from moving forward again.

Not ten decisions.

Not a perfect day.

Not a complete lifestyle overhaul.

Just **one**.

💧 Drink the water.

🚶‍♀️ Go for the walk.

🥚 Choose the protein.

😴 Go to bed a little earlier.

🥗 Make the next meal a nourishing one.

One small decision might not feel like much.

But here's what happens when you keep making them:

**One decision creates momentum.**

Momentum creates confidence.

Confidence creates consistency.

And consistency creates results.

That's why you don't need to wait until everything is perfect.

You don't need to "start again."

You just need to make the **next best choice.**

And then another.

And another.

Because your future isn't changed by one massive decision.

It's changed by the small decisions you make repeatedly.

So if you've been waiting for the perfect time to get back on track...

**This is your sign.**

What's your ONE decision today? 💛👇

Comment **ONE** and tell me what you're choosing.
