Last week we had a Trooper Meet Up in Battersea. Together we raised over £4,000

Incredible to all be together again. (Missed those that could not make it.) we have a special community that have helped each other through the highs and lows of life.
Great to recruit two new troopers and 😃

Also it was (BG = Kelly Body Guard 😜) Birthday so loads of cakes afterwards

10mins Stair Master
30mins Rehab, Core
4 mins walk on treadmill/ 1mins Jog!

I am improving everyday that’s a win!

A positive mindset always helps
Rembering the rest of your body can train when your mind thinks it can’t and of course the other way around.
