A huge thank you to Lisa, Rose, Blanche and the team .resfm for welcoming me yesterday and giving me the opportunity to talk about my research.

It was a real privilege to raise awareness of endometriosis, adenomyosis, and the impact these conditions can have on pain and quality of life.

I’m incredibly grateful for your support in helping to spread the word about my student research study, exploring whether Jing Massage advanced clinical massage may influence pain and quality of life for people living with endometriosis and adenomyosis.

Recruiting participants for an ethics-approved research study 📣

I’m currently conducting a student research project for my Level 6 BTEC in Clinical Massage at Jing Institute, exploring the effects of clinical massage on pain and quality of life in people living with endometriosis and adenomyosis.

Study details:
📍 New Cross Gate / Telegraph Hill, London
🗓 18-week study
💆 8 weeks of clinical massage sessions
✔ Diagnosed with endometriosis or adenomyosis
✔ Currently symptomatic
✔ Stable medication

The goal is to explore whether non-invasive, client-focused approaches could contribute to more accessible, evidence-informed support pathways alongside existing care.

Recent BBC reporting on endometriosis has highlighted something many people living with endometriosis and adenomyosis already know — these conditions can affect far more than pain alone.

Quality of life, work, relationships, mental wellbeing, and day-to-day functioning can all be affected, reinforcing why conversations around supportive care options remain important.

This is one reason I’m currently recruiting participants for my ethics-approved student research project for my Level 6 BTEC in Clinical Massage at Jing Institute.

The study is exploring the effects of clinical massage on pain and quality of life in people living with endometriosis and adenomyosis.
