I didn’t believe Sacred Vitality by Levitas Group could get any better, but it really did. Such high energy! A day exploring living well, from physical health optimisation, nervous system regulation to intuition and connection with ourselves. Themes familiar to my work, brought into focus through the speakers’ insights and practical tools. I left with fresh perspective on what matters, and how easily modern life draws us away from it.

Community was a recurring theme in the conversations about longevity, and something we experienced ourselves. Seeing friends and connecting with people committed to better health for themselves, their patients and clients brought real richness to the day. An incredible event, with so much to take home personally and professionally.

Thank you to , Seema, Aaryan and all the team.

Thank you also to all the speakers and contributors 🙏

The latest research is evident that we need to be doing more to help women in the workplace…

The Society for Women’s Health Research published its full EMPACT Report on 30 September. Based on a US workplace survey, the report found that women’s experiences are also shaped by workplace relationships, organisational culture and access to practical support.

Although the research is US-based, the message has relevance across workplaces everywhere. A policy or one-off webinar will only go so far if managers are not confident, roles are inflexible or employees do not feel safe asking for help.

This is why every organisation needs a menopause plan shaped around its own people, culture and working environment. As the UK moves towards Equality Action Plans for larger employers, this matters from a compliance perspective, but meaningful support should never be determined by the size of an organisation.

I’m pleased to be working with Online Menopause Centre (OMC) providing accredited training, education and practical support across every level of an organisation. Helping workplaces move from awareness to confident, meaningful action.

For a 15 minute call to see what support would specifically benefit your employees and your organisation, just DM me or email [email protected]

Another fantastic group of Accredited Menopause Champions! 🎓

The calibre of people joining these courses continues to be incredibly high, and with every cohort I see the knowledge, confidence and competence of Menopause Champions continuing to grow.

A huge congratulations to our September graduates. I know they’ll go on to make a real difference to so many people within their organisations.

And as we move towards the new workplace requirements coming into effect next spring, Menopause Champions can also play an important role in helping organisations turn their menopause commitments and Equality Action Plans into meaningful action.

It was a pleasure to deliver this September course with , and I’m already looking forward to our next cohort in November.

If you’d like details about the November Accredited Menopause Champion course, please DM me.

The increased awareness we have today has done something wonderful. More women understand what might be happening in their bodies, have the words to describe it and feel able to advocate for the care they deserve.

At the same time, when menopause is part of so many conversations, it can become easy to put every new symptom down to hormones. Often menopause is the explanation. Occasionally, something else might be going on.

I’ve seen a number of women wait to get a symptom checked because it seemed to fit with menopause. In more rare cases, a health assessment found another cause. That’s why I think it’s worth looking at the whole picture.

If you have a symptom that’s new, keeps coming back, lingers or changes, speak to a healthcare professional. If someone close to you is experiencing this, encourage them to get it checked.

I’m sharing this because good menopause awareness should help us ask more questions and get the right support. It should leave room to consider everything else, too.

More women are learning that is a treatment they can ask about. I’m glad women are becoming more confident in advocating for their care.

US data reported by Reuters show a 146% rise in the rate of women receiving testosterone prescriptions between January 2023 and July 2026. That figure is from the US, not the UK.

Here in the UK, NICE guidance says testosterone can be considered for menopause-related low sexual desire when HRT alone hasn’t helped. It might not be right for everyone, but every woman deserves the chance to discuss her symptoms and options with a qualified clinician.

I’m also interested in recent research involving 279 women who added testosterone to their existing hormone therapy. They reported improvements across a range of symptoms. It’s an encouraging reason to study those wider effects properly.

There are many ways to support menopause symptoms. I believe women should know what their options are, so they can ask questions and make informed choices.

I’m pleased to partner with Online Menopause Centre (OMC) , supporting women with a dedicated testosterone pathway and helping them have those conversations.

“Brain fog” during menopause is real, common and still widely misunderstood.

New research shows that more than two thirds of women experience cognitive symptoms such as forgetfulness and reduced concentration during menopause, yet many continue to suffer in silence, particularly in the workplace.

This is not about losing capability. It is about navigating hormonal, physical and emotional changes without enough understanding or support.

At Meno-Pause, we believe validation, education and workplace awareness can make a meaningful difference to women’s confidence, wellbeing and ability to thrive professionally.

Women should be able to work for as long as they wish and feel properly supported to do so.

Such a great article on this, link in the comments.

Providing access to therapy.

In our recent live with founder of the we discussed the ongoing gaps in access to testosterone for women, and why this matters.

For some, even when oestrogen and progesterone are already in place, symptoms can persist. Testosterone can be an important missing piece, yet it’s often the hardest to access.

We also talked about how women can now explore a dedicated testosterone pathway through the Online Menopause Centre, offering a more direct and supported route, while other hormones can continue to be prescribed by your GP.

All options. For all women.

A powerful reminder from our live with founder of the

It’s so important that women understand the full range of options available to them, across different treatment pathways, including specialist compounded prescriptions when appropriate.

These are prescribed by experienced hormone experts and safely prepared by regulated pharmacies.

Because informed choice matters.
